On Track Results offers one time or on-going on-site lunch seminars. These are times when our team can provide training on a variety of topics from communication skills to principles of conducting employee reviews. We have the option to cater the lunch as well.
What can clients expect from this?
One or more of our staff will simply come to a clients location and conduct these training seminars on topics that the client desires or OTR can examine your current needs and recommend the appropriate training session.
Of course these sessions do not have to take place at lunch, we can come at anytime time of day to conduct these seminars.
This is a cost effective way to impart critical business expertise and training to your staff.

On Track Results partners with Speed Ventures to bring an exciting twist to corporate training. OTR hosts events on the race track to add a fun factor to our training seminars. Bradley DeRuiter, founder of On Track Results, is a race car driver and professional driving instructor.
During the day attendees get trained on the basics of racing with the option to bring their own car and drive on the track or ride with racing instructors for the thrill of a lifetime. In between track sessions, OTR covers a variety or business training topics depending on the clients needs. There is aslo an option for a catered lunch for both event types.
We offer two types of track day events:
Special Run Group events, where the client joins a special run group during a regular track day. Where our clients get up to four or five, 20-25 minute sessions.
Or, Full Dedicated Track Day events where clients have the whole track to themselves. There are no other drivers at the race track besides our clients. As a result there is a lot more track time and training time.
So whether clients are looking for a fun way to build relationships outside the office and create a day of team building, or want to include specialized business training, our On Track events will prove to be an exciting way to spend a day outside the office!
